Who is responsible

The person in charge of protecting personal information at Raposo Électrique is [name and title of the person in charge]. For any question or request: info@raposoelectrique.com or 514 589-8435.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email and city or neighbourhood.
• The photos you send us (panel, meter, where the work will go) and any details you add.
• For the work itself: the job address and the information needed for the invoice, the work declaration and, where it applies, dealings with Hydro-Québec or a subsidy program.

Why

Only to prepare your quote, do the work, invoice you, and meet our legal obligations. We don’t sell your information and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only when your job requires it: Hydro-Québec for a disconnection, the inspection body, a subsidy program you apply to. The website form goes through an email delivery service (Resend) that may process data outside Québec.

How long we keep it

A quote request that doesn’t go ahead is deleted after 12 months. Job files are kept for as long as tax law and the warranty require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@raposoelectrique.com. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Cookies and statistics

This site uses no advertising cookies and no ad tracking.

To learn which pages are useful, we count visits anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics: the page viewed, the country, the type of device and browser, and whether a call, text or form button was used. No cookie is set, your IP address is not stored and you cannot be identified. These statistics are processed by Vercel, outside Québec.

Google Analytics, only with your consent. If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we also measure visits with Google Analytics, which sets cookies (_ga) to recognize your browser from one visit to the next, for up to 13 months. Google then receives the pages viewed, where the visit came from, the type of device, an approximate location and the use of the call, text and form buttons, not your name or contact details. This data is only used to improve the site; no advertising is personalized. It is processed by Google, outside Québec. Until you accept, no cookie is set and Google only receives anonymous, cookieless signals.

You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. If you decline, the Google Analytics cookies are removed.
