Subsidies to electrify your home

Two programs pay for part of the work we do most: Écorecharge for the EV charger, and Hydro-Québec’s LogisVert for solar and heat pumps. Here is how much, who qualifies, and what we handle on our side.

Which program for which job?

The EV charger falls under Écorecharge. Solar and heat pumps fall under LogisVert. In both cases you apply after the work, with the itemized invoices from the RBQ-licensed company that did it.

Écorecharge (Government of Québec)$600 toward buying a home chargerLevel 2 EV charger
LogisVert (Hydro-Québec), solar$1,000 per installed kW, up to 40% of costsSolar panel connection
LogisVert (Hydro-Québec), heat pumpUp to $6,700 depending on the model200 A service and heat pump circuit

Écorecharge: $600 for a charger

The Government of Québec pays $600 toward buying a new, connected Level 2 charger on the eligible list. You need to own or long-term lease an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle. The amount covers the charger, not the installation.

LogisVert: solar and heat pumps

Hydro-Québec pays $1,000 per installed kilowatt of solar panels, up to 40% of the cost, and up to $6,700 for an eligible heat pump. Both often need more electrical capacity: that’s where we come in.

What we do for your application

We give you itemized invoices with our RBQ licence number and the charger’s price shown separately, then fill in the application with you. Our prices are published: charger included from $1,495, 200 A service from $2,495.
